We used Certified Home Inspections twice prior to buying. The tech these guys had was great and they were really thorough. The inspectors picked up concerns in the properties that would never have been visible to us otherwise. At the end of each inspection they took us around the property and pointed out the areas of concern so you can actually see it yourself, not just read it in the reports. In saying that, the reports were also very thorough and easy to understand. They had plenty of pictures and were broken down in an easy to understand manner. I definitely recommend them for your pre-purchase home inspection!

Certified Home Inspections are fast, reliable and affordable. It’s so easy to use a service that does both the pest and building reports and not just the pest inspection. This is important when buying a new house. I have recommended Certified Home Inspections to everyone that I know who is buying a new home and will continue to do so.

I just wanted to let you know that our Building and Pest Inspectors were absolutely brilliant. We have bought properties in the past and have gone through other inspection companies but we will only use Certified Home Inspections going forward. The guys were very thorough, took their time to investigate all areas and then gave us a proper debrief of what their findings were. We received their reports later that evening as promised.

I think I hold the record for the customer who’s done the most inspection with your company. As a first time home buyer I was really worried of purchasing a house that’s going to be a lemon. I’m not handy so I needed something solid and I found it. Thank you for your honesty and letting me ask you a million questions. I tell everyone about you guys.

I used Certified Home Inspections to look through my house before selling it at auction. The report was easy to read and included photos. Buyers welcomed the reports on the day of auction and I believe it helped with the sale. There were some areas of concern which were fixed before the auction. Thanks guys are the outstanding help.

I was introduced to Certified Home Inspection by my Real Estate agent after my property failed the Building and Pest Inspection. I was mortified when the previous Inspection company found active termites and quoted me $13,000 to treat them and then install a barrier.
My agent said I should get another opinion and she knew a honest company which she trusted. I’m glad I did. The termite treatment was under $600 and I didn’t get a barrier. The subfloor had a moisture issue which turned out to be a slow leaking pipe. Gardens were removed from around the house and the subfloor dried within weeks. The house sold, passing the next inspection and I couldn’t be happier. There are honest people out there and these guys are them!
